Jens Stegelmann founded the company in May 2002 and is managing partner of GCM Gebäude- und Centermanagement GmbH.

He focuses on product and strategy development, organisation, structuring, financing and personnel. Before founding GCM, Jens Stegelmann was branch manager of MGI GmbH (now Cording Group GmbH) after successes in his parents’ property development and general construction company.

There he was responsible for centre and property management and expanded the business to increase turnover. He has a total of 25 years of experience in the real estate sector.
